Custom Duty + Taxes 

Some countries charge additional customs fees and taxes, which sadly, are out of our control. Please check your country’s import data on what kinds of duties or taxes you might get charged, just so you don’t have any surprises.

In the event that your order attracts custom duties and taxes, you are required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on the order.

 

    Dispatch Time 

    • We aim to have all orders shipped the next day except weekends.
    • Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during sale and holiday periods. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Tracking Your Order 

    • Once your order is packed and leave our office, you will receive an email with a tracking number 
    • Please contact us if you don't receive your email

    Delivery Time

    We hope to have it delivered to you within 3 weeks at most, but kindly understand that there maybe delays due to the current situation.

     

    Exchanges

    The items maybe exchanged once, within 14 days of receiving the package. Items have to be in original condition, with the tags on. Discounted items, Jewelry, Shoes, and Handbags are not exchangeable.
