1. How do I place an order?

D : Select payment method (we accept cash on delivery, credit and debit cards). 

2. Placed an order? 

A : After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation note via e-mail and text message. We will try our best to deliver the goods within 4 business days. Please be kind enough to answer any calls from our delivery agents.

4. Happy Returns 

A : To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused,  with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase as the system cannot accept items sold online without the proper invoice number. Orders purchased online cannot be exchanged at flagship store. 

5. Need express shipping?

A : We can deliver your order within 2 business days if you place the order via card payment. 

6. How do I cancel my order? 

A : Please call us and let us know your order details so we can cancel it. However, if it has been dispatched the order cannot be cancel.
