We will try our best to deliver the goods within 4-5 business days.

Shipping
Once your order is packed and leave our office, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You will receive tracking instructions on the email.
Unfortunately, it's difficult for us to offer this service given the current costs assosiated with delivery.
To expedite the delivery process, a courier agent will call you so kindly make sure to answer the call promptly.
The delivery charges will depend on the recipient’s location.

Our deliveries are usually done within 4-5 business days (Except poya and mercantile holidays). There maybe delays due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will do our best to ensure timely delivery.
To expedite the delivery process, kindly answer the couriers call promptly.
Change of delivery address cannot be accommodate once the package has been shipped. Please message us as soon as possible to assist in address changes.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags. Discounted items and items purchased during discount promotions are not exchangeable.
You can exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it.
If you are looking to exchange because you prefer a different size, color or design, then you will have to bear any applicable courier charges.
If it is a damaged item or an issue incurred by our team, we will bear the cost of delivering a new item to you.

Kindly share your order number (MO****) and one of our team members will be happy to assist you with instructions on how to proceed.
Step 2- Our team members will inform you of the costs of delivery and other pertinent details. If all these matters are okay on your end we will proceed with the exchange.
Step 3 - Pack the item back to its original package and seal it.
Step 4 -Handover the package to our courier agent.
Step 5- New item will be delivered to you via courier and you can settle to pre-agreed owed amount as COD.
Yes, you can exchange it at our store, please bring along you order confirmation email.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
If an item has any defect or damage, a free replacement will be sent to you. However, if the item is not in stock, you have the option of selecting a new item of the same value or opt for a voucher/ credit note.

When you see something super cute at Mondy, you’ll no doubt want it delivered as soon as possible. While Mondy is based in Sri Lanka, we hope to ship to ladies around the world.
You will see a list of Countries we serve in the drop down at check out.
If your country isn’t in the drop down, don’t worry, we can usually still deliver to you.
Simply contact us if you aren’t sure and we can check for you.
Some countries charge additional customs fees and taxes, which sadly, are out of our control. Please check your country’s import data on what kinds of duties or taxes you might get charged, just so you don’t have any surprises.
In the event that your order attracts custom duties and taxes, you are required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on the order.
We aim to have all orders shipped the next day except weekends. Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during sale and holiday periods. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

REFUNDS
We don't offer refunds unless in extenuating circumstances.
If a refund is approved, it will clear your bank within 3 to 5 working days of approval.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in full resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item
