Our courier will call you to confirm delivery address and your availability. After three unsuccessful contact or delivery attempts, your order will be returned to us. Redelivery is possible for a fee of Rs. 600/-, payable as Cash on Delivery.

We ship globally with Aramex Air! Shipping fees are calculated based on your country and package weight. Kindly note that we cannot deliver to military bases or PO Boxes. Also, customs fees and taxes may apply, and these are beyond our control. Please research your country’s import regulations to prepare for potential charges. While we will do our best to ensure no issues arise, any customs duties and taxes are your responsibility.

EXCHANGES

Changed your mind or picked the wrong size? Reach out via DM or email at support@mondy78.com. We’re happy to assist with exchanges for a fee of Rs. 600/-, covering both pick-up and redelivery.

Exchange Conditions

You can exchange within 7 days if:

  • The item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • It’s not damaged, altered, or soiled.
  • The product wasn’t purchased on discount, during a sale, or as an exchange.
  • You have the store receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Items purchased at our Flagship Store can only be exchanged in-store. Online purchases can be exchanged online or at the Flagship Store, except for those bought during online promotional sales.

Damaged Items

Inspect your order promptly upon arrival. If there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a complimentary replacement or offer an alternative product or voucher if the original item is unavailable. Note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items not in original condition (e.g., damaged due to use or without tags)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Handbags
  • Jewelry and accessories
  • Shoes
