1. How do I process with an exchange?

To start an exchange, you can contact us at or inbox us via Facebook. One of our agent will be happy to assist you with instructions in how to process.

2. Eligibility 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How we process an exchange? 

Step 1 - Make sure the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Step 2 - Prepare the package back to its original condition and seal it. 

Step 3 - Write the following details on the package clearly and concisely. 

  • Sender's Details - This should be your details. 
  • Receiver's Details - Mondy78 (Online Operation) 78, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 3.   T:0722901901

Step 4 - Hand it over to your nearest courier company and pay the return fee. 

Step 5 - We will call you to inform you once we receive your package.

Step 6 - We will create and email you an Online Exchange Voucher for you to use with your next purchase. The voucher is valid for 3 months, and cannot be used at our physical stores. If you're new product price is greater than the item you bought before, you will need pay the remaining charge when making the purchase.

Step 7 - We will courier the package to you with free shipping.

4. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. What items are not exchangeable
